If you don't want to go that route, that's ok, but at least DE-CLUTTER. Remove family photos, pack up those knick-knacks, and de-personalize your space. When we meet, we can discuss what may cost you nothing, but will help prepare for the amazing professional photos I provide for you at no charge. ENTRY WAY - The face of your home!
Keep entryways simple, free of clutter, dust, cobwebbs, and add a freshly painted door and a beautiful plant! This is the first piece of the home anyone sees.
Simple Backyard Retreat
Set up a nice little seating area in patios. Some buyers look at the outside of a home more than the inside. Make it a place they can envision drinking their coffee or mimosa's, or hosting a barbeque.
Curb Appeal
Much like the clean simple porch above, you want a clean entrance to the home. Get rid of weeds, mow the lawn, throw down some mulch over dirt. This is the trick to get people to step in the front door to want to see more!
Outside Lights - Front and Back!
I can't recommend this enough. Interested buyers will drive by your home at night. Showcase those lights! Grab 2 or 3 solar lights to luminate the front of your home. Also put up some string lights in the backyard and let's do a twilight tour! Hors d'oeuvres and great marketing!
Reface a boring bathroom
Bathrooms and kitchen are the largest ticket items when people think of replacing. Spend a few hundred, put up some tiles or even wall paper that will bring the porcelain powder room to life!
